Sekhar Kammula's announcement of a new movie starring a superstar like Dhanush came as a complete shock to everyone. Fans of Kammula's more grounded love tales were wondering how he would handle working with Dhanush, a South Indian superstar. The creators have now, in honor of Maha Shivaratri, unveiled the first look poster.
'Kubera' is the name of the film, and it was a disappointment. In the teaser video, Dhanush seemed to be living on the streets, what with his disheveled appearance, lack of washing, and ripped clothing. Kubera, the most wealthy deity in heaven, is the name of the film, however.
That Sekhar Kammula and Dhanush would be showcasing their unique and unconventional sides in this film is evident from this. We can make out Annapurna Devi bestowing bhiksha onto Lord Shiva in the distance. The images were complemented by Devi Sri Prasad's background soundtrack, and this tiny teaser has elevated hopes for the movie significantly. With Rashmika Mandanna as the lead, Nagarjuna will be a major player in this film.
